- Develop specifications and innovative designs to improve, enhance and resolve customer problems and fit customer needs from the Product(s) / Component (s).
- Code and implement those designs, and perform developer verification and validation of those implementations to ensure quality outcomes.
- Responsible for mentoring mid-level developers and reviewing code as necessary.
- Help design and architect new MS Windows client applications.
- Develop new functionality on our existing software solutions.
- Detail unit testing of code.
- Troubleshoot customer problems.
- Research and identify cause of reported defects and issues.
- Participate in a small, experienced, energetic team on a rapid, agile development schedule.
- Under direction, prepare updates to system specifications, designs, test descriptions, validation test procedures, and related documentation supporting software development to known standards.
- Perform analyses and develops designs for integration of separate applications across platforms and operating environments.
- Provide support of all basic implementations and system upgrades for all operations support applications.
- Provide technical liaison and consulting services to team mates.

Job Specifications
- Education (Bachelor of Computer Science/ Information Systems or equivalent related filed preferred)
- Experience (4-6 years of industry experience)
- Skills:
- 4+ years working experience working with C#, ASP.Net, dotNet Frameworks, TFS, & UML.
- 4+ years working experience in programming Microsoft SQL Server databases using T-SQL (views, stored procedures, triggers, T-SQL statements, & user-defined functions).
- Solid Object Oriented Programming and Design experience.
- Strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures, along with some experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA).
- Strong working experience of data analysis and database architecting.
- Working experience using Microsoft SSRS OR Crystal Reports.
- Knowledge of Microsoft IIS, Portal Services, and Share Point Services.
