Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop specifications and innovative designs to improve, enhance and resolve customer problems and fit customer needs from the Product(s) / Component (s).
• Code and implement those designs, and perform developer verification and validation of those implementations to ensure quality outcomes.

• Help design and architect new MS Windows client applications.
• Develop new functionality on our existing software solutions.
• Detail unit testing of code.
• Troubleshoot customer problems.
• Research and identify cause of reported defects and issues.
• Participate in a small, experienced, energetic team on a rapid, agile development schedule.
• Under direction, prepare updates to system specifications, designs, test descriptions, validation test procedures, and related documentation supporting software development to known standards.
• Perform analyses and develops designs for integration of separate applications across platforms and operating environments.
• Provide support of all basic implementations and system upgrades for all operations support applications.
• Provide technical liaison and consulting services to team mates.
• Enjoy a technically challenging environment and able to ramp up on new technologies quickly. 

Job Specifications

• Education (Bachelor of Computer Science/ Information Systems or equivalent related filed preferred)
• Experience (4-6 years of industry experience)
• Skills:

• 4+ years working experience working with C#, ASP.Net, dotNet Frameworks, TFS, & UML.
• 4+ years working experience in programming Microsoft SQL Server databases using T-SQL (views, stored procedures, triggers, T-SQL statements, & user-defined functions).
• Solid Object Oriented Programming and Design experience.
• Strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures, along with some experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA).
• Strong working experience of data analysis and database architecting.
• Working experience using Microsoft SSRS OR Crystal Reports.
• Knowledge of Microsoft IIS, Portal Services, and Share Point Services.
• Undertakes self-development activities; Seeks increased responsibilities; Takes independent actions and calculated risks; Looks for and takes advantage of opportunities; Asks for and offers help when needed.
